We run a private practice offering a full range of preventative and cosmetic dentistry but treat children of existing patients under the NHS. At The Portland Street Dental Practice prevention is central to our treatment philosophy. Our hygienist works alongside the dentists focusing on improving and maintaining the condition of your gums as well as offering a range of other treatments – from relieving tooth sensitivity to stain removal helping you become more confident and feel better about the long term condition of your teeth and smile. As part of our commitment to your care, you will find that all our surgeries are modern and well equipped and include disables access to a ground floor surgery.

Your Safety
Your safety is of the highest concern to us. We operate the latest systems of sterilisation throughout the practice and use disposable products wherever possible.

Pain Management
We know that going to the Dentist still makes some people anxious so we aim to make your experience as 'fear free' as possible. Any injections are administered in an almost painless way and for patients who are more anxious, we have other methods of relaxation that we can use. If you do have any concerns, please discuss it with us.

Our administration staff will be happy to discuss our range of financial options with you. To help you pay for your dental treatment we offer you a choice of paying by cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard, switch and Delta. We also offer a scheme through Denplan that allows you to pay monthly for your dental treatment. Please ask a member of staff for further information.
